Very interesting cemetery.

A good friend gave me the opportunity to stroll around here a bit. It is really impressive who is buried here. Whenever you bite the grass, that's where you want it best. A beautiful place, quiet and idyllic in this oh-so-loud city.

One of the most beautiful and clearest cemeteries with the graves of many Munich personalities.

The idyllic cemetery at Bogenhausener Kirchplatz is worth a visit. With the tram 16 one drives to the Mauerkircherstraße (at the stop there is a nice rest stop) and then goes a few minutes up the mountain.

You don't feel like you're in the middle of a metropolis, but like in a small village church with a surrounding cemetery, on the small "Bogenhausen cemetery" are the graves of Liesl Karlstadt, Walter Sedlmayr, Helmut Fischer and Bernd Eichinger.

beautiful, small and quiet cemetery. all graves are seemingly well cared for. fresh flowers in all possible colors adorn the complex. various well-known people such as helmut fischer and his wife, the sedlmayr family, bernd eichinger, helmut dietl and erich kästner found their final resting place here. a quiet and reverent visit here is highly recommended.
